Parliament Talks Social Housing

'Parliament Talks Social Housing’ is the latest in a series of free events and promotional activities highlighting Parliament’s role in debating and challenging government policy.  A free event in Brighton on Friday 13 September 2013 will demonstrate Parliament’s key role in examining housing policy and how it challenges the Government on these issues.

STAR Workshop

STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) which replaced the now defunct STATUS satisfaction questionnaire has been running for a few months now. HouseMark are therefore pleased to announce they will be running a service improvement workshop on STAR to share good practice and ideas around STAR and satisfaction. Sessions include;

Earning New Homes Bonus for Empty Homes
