Regulator Criticised For Use Of 'Snap Polls'

The TSA could be relying too much on ‘snap polls’ for information, it was suggested at a conference. Speaking at a Capita conference in London, Richard Crossley, co-ordinator of tenants’ body the National Tenant Voice, said such polls could be ‘quite dangerous’ and it was better to go out and talk to tenants about issues.
