Code for Sustainable Homes: Impact Assessment - December 2009

This Consultation version of the Impact Assessment is part of the Sustainable New Homes: The Road to Zero Carbon: Consultation on the Code for Sustainable Homes and the Energy Efficiency standard for Zero Carbon Homes publication. The Impact Assessment will be reviewed following the Consultation period (mid-2010). The Code policy overall will be reviewed again in 2011/12.
