Collect Rent Alongside Water Bill

Social tenants could pay their water bills as part of their rent, under new plans for water and sewerage services. A report says water companies and social landlords should work together to collect water bills alongside rent, despite of concerns that tenants who failed to pay the water element of their rent could find themselves homeless.
