Council Seizes Home After Homophobic Abuse

Birmingham City Council has been awarded possession of a tenant’s home, following a ‘reign of homophobic abuse and anti-social behaviour’. The tenant has been given a two-year anti-social behaviour injunction, which bars him from harassing or intimidating local residents and causing damage to their homes and vehicles.
