The HRA Subsidy determination for 2010-11 including Local Authority Average Guideline Rent increases has been issued by Government. The documents published will enable local housing authorities to set the budgets for their housing revenue accounts and to calculate subsidy entitlement for the financial year 2010-11. The papers are set in two groups, one for the HRA Subsidy Determination 2010-11, with supporting commentary and associated documents; and one for the Item 8 Credit and Item 8 Debit (General) Determination 2010-2011, with supporting commentary.
