Inspector Tears Into Standard Of Sheltered Housing

The quality of some sheltered housing is so low that ‘students would not accept it as accommodation’, the Audit Commission’s main inspector for the sector has said. Speaking at a Capita sheltered housing conference Domini Gunn said some of the most hard to let properties could take more than 88 weeks to fill.
