Public Accounts Committee Session: Decent Homes Programme

The Public Accounts Committee has published the transcript of the session held on the 1st February, where evidence was given on the Decent Homes Programme. There were some interesting comments not only made on the financial sounding of the Decent Homes Programme but the role of an ALMO as a council housing management option compared to retained stock and the likely nature of HRA subsidy action. Sir Bob Kerslake, Chief Executive of the HCA, was among those giving evidence. Either find the transcript on the House of Commons website by clicking on the logo below or email me for a copy.
