Tenure and Change In Deprived Areas

This report, which considers evidence from the New Deal for Communities (NDC) areas, examines the possibility that different patterns of tenure in deprived areas may make a difference to how much change an area is likely to experience over time. The relationship between concentrations of social housing, socio-demographic profiles of areas and achieving change across a range of key indicators is explored.
