Ms Seabeck claims that the failure of the CLG to supply satisfactory answers is hampering her efforts to counter the coalition government’s controversial reforms. ‘I need answers in order to frame thoughts, particularly with the localism bill coming up,’ she said. ‘I haven’t had answers to questions like this before from the CLG.
