This is funding that was originally allocated from the
Local Government Finance Settlement 2014 to 2015 to fund the New Homes Bonus.
There was a commitment that any funding not used for this purpose would be
returned to local authorities pro rata to their 2014 to 2015 start-up funding
allocation. The amounts involved for each relevant local authority are
consistent with the information on the Local Government Finance Settlement 2014
