Tenants living in the private rented sector will be given
more certainty and security under a new 'model tenancy agreement' unveiled by
Housing Minister Brandon Lewis. The model agreement is part of a new range of
measures designed to help PRS tenants, which also includes a new code of
practice. The minister insisted the new measures would provide
"hard-working" tenants with the help they need without strangling the
