If you rent in England, Wales or Northern Ireland then
you'll know all about those fees you have to pay when you sign a rental
contract with a letting agent. Tenants can be charged anything from £25 up to
£500 to check-in or check-out when moving. If you live in Scotland there are no
fees because they've been scrapped. Now they are a step closer to being
eliminated across the rest of the UK. Liberal Democrat Peer Baroness Olly
Grender is proposing the government makes changes to the Renters' Rights Bill
