More than a third of landlords (35 per cent) think that
leaving the EU will have a negative impact on their ability to attract tenants
in the future, according to the latest findings from the National Landlords
Association (NLA). The findings also show that 39 per cent believe that Brexit
will have no significant impact on their business; 21 per cent are unsure;
while five per cent believe it will have a positive impact. Across the UK, the
findings show that more than half of landlords in central London (55 per cent)
believe Brexit will have a negative impact on their business – higher than any
