A Midlands housing association will run a ‘sub-pilot’ to
the regional trial of the Right to Buy extension among its extra care stock. Midland
Heart, which owns around 33,000 homes, has agreed to give tenants in four of
its extra care homes the opportunity to purchase their homes at a discount. The
wider pilot, due to start in August, is only available for general needs
