Private registered providers of social housing in England
have increased the amount of social housing stock that they own or managed
compared to last year’s figures, according to the first release of the
Statistical Data Return (SDR) 2018-19. Published by the Regulator of Social
Housing (RSH), the stats are collated from annual returns submitted by private
registered providers (PRPs) of social housing in England. Following a call for
user views between May and July 2019, this year’s SDR results are being made
available in three releases, with the next phase due later this month. Download
the figures from the GovUK website.
