Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has committed £1.3 billion to deliver up to 45,000 homes, create 85,000 jobs, upgrade skills and improve infrastructure as part of government plans to deliver a green economic recovery from Covid-19. More than 300 projects in England will receive a share of the £900 million Getting Building Fund.
