A free toolkit is available for housing providers and tenants groups on producing annual reports to meet the new TSA standards. All housing providers with more than 25 properties have to produce a report for tenants (and the TSA) which sets out how it is performing against the new standards by October 1st, 2010. Tenants must be involved in scrutinising and producing the report. The toolkit, produced by social housing communications consultancy Word Association, has sections covering:
