TSA Undeterred by Closure Threat

The TSA will not let its uncertain future distract it from making sure landlords improve services for tenants, one of its directors has pledged. Graeme Foster, director of tenant excellence, said the TSA was still here and very much open for business at a CIH Harrogate conference session about resident engagement. His speech was made despite housing minister Grant Shapps revealing that he plans to scrap the TSA in last week’s Inside Housing magazine. Mr Shapps is expected to announce a review of regulation in his speech to conference tomorrow. But Mr Foster said the TSA will press on with its job regardless in the interim.
