Affordable Rent - Revisions to the Tenancy Standard

The Government and the Homes and Communities Agency have announced a new social housing product called Affordable Rent. The TSA proposes to modify the current standards relating to rent and terms of tenancy to enable private registered providers to develop and offer Affordable Rent homes. In this consultation they are seeking views on whether the proposed approach is sufficient to support participation in Affordable Rent. Find a copy of the consultation document on the TSA website.
