‘Decent Homes, Thriving Communities, Brighter Futures’

The Decent Homes programme was launched in 2000 to upgrade the nation’s ailing council stock. As a result of the Programme, 86% of England’s social housing now meets the Decent Homes Standard. This report from the NFA aims to provide practical examples of the many wider benefits of the Decent Homes programme in areas such as employment, health and community cohesion.
