Housing Minister John Healey has published new guidance for council and housing association landlords, outlining how they can use the powers available to them to crack-down on anti-social behaviour and improve the lives of their tenants. The guidance comes as the first three members of an anti-social behaviour action team start work. Funded by the Government and based in the Chartered Institute of Housing, this team of experts will target those social landlords who need the most support in tackling anti-social behaviour involving their properties. They will help landlords make the best use of their resources to reduce instances of anti-social behaviour and improve the quality of life of their tenants. Read the full story on the 24dash website.
