Waltham Forest’s ALMO has appointed Madeleine Forster as its new chief executive. She replaces the former head of the ALMO following poor performance at the company. The ALMO, which manages more than 12,000 homes on behalf of Waltham Forest Borough Council, received a £2.6 million pound bail out from its parent council in January to cover repairs and fund a financial recovery plan.
