Taking Control of Complaints

In his speech to the National Housing Federation recently Grant Shapps told housing providers that "If tenants are unhappy with the service they get, it should be dealt with quickly by their landlord".  HouseMark’s workshop on complaints performance helps your organisation bring this important service up to speed.
