New Homes Bonus: Final Scheme Design

The formal consultation on the Government's proposed design for the New Homes Bonus closed on 24 December 2010. Four hundred and eighty responses were received and the proposals were met with widespread support. DCLG is therefore implementing the scheme without delay.
