HouseMark’s complaints benchmarking summary of findings for 2009/10 shows that tenants complained about repairs and maintenance more than any other service with a median average of nearly six complaints per 1000 properties. Staff and customer service came second (0.46 per 1000 properties), followed by Tenancy Management (0.26 per 1000 properties). On a positive note, the average number of compliments per 1000 properties was nearly five, with Repairs and Maintenance receiving the majority of them. Find out more on the HouseMark website.
