New External Complaints Reviewer Appointed

The TSA has appointed CEDR as its new External Complaints Reviewer (ECR). CEDR will investigate complaints at stage 3 of the TSA complaints procedures and will provide an independent external review for those complainants that remain dissatisfied after completing the TSA’s internal complaints procedures. CEDR will be unable to investigate cases that have previously been subject to external review. In addition they will be unable to investigate cases that have not completed the TSA’s internal procedures. Read more on the TSA website.
