A guide to help homelessness charities survive through funding cuts and continue to support vulnerable people has been published. Homeless Link, the umbrella body for charities in the sector, created the guide after 78 per cent of homeless services told it cuts had already impacted the level of help they can provide. The guide, Responding to the cuts: a survival guide for frontline services, shares real responses and suggests solutions for homelessness services in how to respond to reduced statutory and charity funding. It is focused solely on responses for services facing Supporting People and Homelessness Grant cuts. Download a copy of the note from the Homeless Link website.
