TSA Boss to Stand Down

The Tenant Services Authority has confirmed its managing director will stand down when the regulator’s powers transfer to the Homes and Communities Agency on 1 April. Claer Lloyd-Jones will leave the TSA on 31 March as its responsibilities are moved to an independent committee within the HCA, which will be chaired by the TSA’s current deputy chair Julian Ashby. Many of the TSA’s employees will transfer to the HCA at the same time, but it had been widely expected that there would be no post for Ms Lloyd-Jones following the announcement that TSA director of regulation Matthew Bailes would lead on regulation within the HCA.
