Labour Increases Its Lead on Housing

More people back the Labour Party on housing than the Conservatives or Liberal Democrats, according to an Ispos Mori poll.  A survey of 1,006 British people found 33 per cent thought Labour had the best housing policies, followed by the Conservatives on 20 per cent and the Liberal Democrats on 6 per cent. The remainder either said none of the parties had good policies, or they did not know.  Social tenants rated Labour most highly, giving it a 37 point lead over the other parties. Mortgage holders and private renters gave Labour a 14 and 15 point lead respectively.  Labour has a stronger lead over the Conservatives on housing than all other issues, bar health.  See the results of the poll on the Ipsos Mori website.
