landlords remain concerned over the impact of Universal Credit on the
private-rented sector.
- 70 per cent of landlords who let to tenants in receipt of Local Housing Allowance (LHA) are worried about the implications of the welfare changes.
- In addition, nearly half (43 per cent) of all landlords are concerned about the changes.

- 55 per cent of landlords with 11-19 properties are concerned about the impact of Universal Credit
- 43 per cent of landlords with 5-10 properties are concerned about the impact of Universal Credit
