Benefits Cap Now Rolled Out Across Britain

The £26,000-a-year total household benefits cap has now been rolled out across the whole of Britain. The DWP has announced the controversial measure, designed to ensure nobody can claim more in benefits than the average family earns, is now fully in place. The measure is estimated by the DWP to affect the incomes of around 40,000 households. Read more on Inside Housing.
