Dan Jarvis: To ask the Secretary of State for
Communities and Local Government how many empty homes have been brought back
into use under the New Homes Bonus in England to date.
Mr Prisk: The
New Homes Bonus rewards the creation of new homes including long-term empty
homes that are brought back into use within each local authority area. The net
number of empty homes brought back into use for the three years since the bonus
was introduced is for England:
55,702.
