Northampton Borough Council has confirmed plans to set up
a new ALMO (arm’s length management organisation) to manage 12,100 homes on its
behalf. The decision, which was made at
a council meeting last week, has been welcomed by the The National Federation
of ALMOs (NFA). The council will now begin the process of setting up the
