Citizen's Advice found that 9 out of 10 of their clients
who will claim universal credit in the future will need support to manage the
transition in at least one area. They found that 73% of participants needed
help with monthly payments, 77% needed help with budgeting, 52% needed help
with banking, 81% needed help to stay informed, and 66% needed help to get
