The Department for Work and Pensions has published a new
guide for social landlords to help them understand and plan for the direct
payment of housing costs under universal credit. The guide contains some of the
key questions and answers for landlords, including details of telephone numbers
that landlords can use for the new universal credit service centre. Download a
