A Somerset-based ALMO has been awarded a new long-term
housing management contract. Homes in Sedgemoor will continue running Sedgemoor
District Council's 4,200 homes for the next 30 years. The new agreement is the culmination
of a ‘tenant led’ housing options review undertaken during 2013, which
concluded that Homes in Sedgemoor would remain as the managing agent for the
council’s housing stock. The deal also allows the ALMO to build new properties
