Rural Land Prices Predicted To Fall During Brexit Negotiations

Demand for farmland in Great Britain has further decreased, having now been declining for the last 18 months, according to the latest RICS/RAU Rural Land Market Survey. Survey in brief:
·         Rural land prices predicted to fall as Brexit uncertainty weighs heavy on the market.
·         Across the UK demand for rural land continues to slide.
·         In response to this picture of uncertainty, RICS calls for increased support for the rural economy in Brexit negotiations.
