The UK housing market remains flat at a headline level in
the run up to Christmas, according to the November 2017 RICS UK Residential
Market Survey. Main points from the survey are;

Demand in the UK housing market stabilises
·
Price balance negative in London, South East and
East Anglia – offsetting gains elsewhere
·
Forward looking indicators point to little
immediate change in the new year
