The potential impact of a no-deal Brexit on homebuilding
with a warning of up up to 43,000 fewer construction jobs in the UK, according
to new research commissioned by the Mayor of London. In London alone there

with the capital’s construction sector output potentially falling by £1.2bn up
to 2030 when Britain leaves the European Union in April next year. The findings
are contained within analysis of the potential impact of five different Brexit
scenarios on London and the whole of the UK commissioned by the Mayor last year
from leading economic analysts, Cambridge Econometrics. Download the report
