With London’s councils struggling under the weight of
housing targets, a new report reveals the potential for community-led housing
in the capital. Future of London (FoL) says community-led schemes can rebuild
trust in the development system. The report draws on the expertise and
experience of more than 250 representatives from community groups, boroughs,
developers, architects, and investors brought together through FoL’s year-long
