Landlords Evicting Tenants Must Reveal If Tenants Have Been Affected By Covid-19

Landlords who look to evict tenants once the eviction ban ends on August 23rd need to disclose whether a tenant’s circumstances were affected by the pandemic. If the situation isn’t properly disclosed judges could throw the case out of court.
