As part of HouseMark's partnership with TAROE a new Good Practice section has been launched on the TAROE website. The improvement is part of moves by both organisations to raise tenants’ awareness of established good practice within the regulated housing sector. This will form a crucial element of the TSA’s new regulatory regime which encourages tenants to take an active role in shaping their landlord’s services as part of the emphasis of “co-regulation”.
