HouseMark plans to build up a library of local offers on its website, where organisations can share information about the local offers they are developing with their tenants. HouseMark hopes to include information from most organisations involved in the TSA's local offers pilot. But many providers already differentiate their service offer based on the needs of neighbourhoods or the specific requirements of tenant groups (such as older or vulnerable tenants). These service offers might be called local service agreements or promises. So, if you would be willing to share information with other HouseMark members your existing service offers or your progress so far in developing new local offers, please get in touch with Liz Kenny by emailing liz.kenny@housemark.co.uk, by phoning 024 7647 2704 or by clicking on the logo below.
