Help is at hand for tenants and landlords thinking about setting local offers for their services. HouseMark has updated and reissued its free guidance on agreeing local offers, which will be a key feature of the new regulatory regime for social housing. The guidance, “How to develop and monitor local performance measures: a guide for tenants and landlords”, offers tips for landlords and tenants to work together to agree their own standards.
