Devon district authority to consider creating its own temporary accommodation,
it says. Homeless people in Teignbridge are currently put up in B&B accommodation.
Seniors councillors said they were dealing with about 15 cases a week and the
figure was "increasing". They are to considering spending £400,000 on
buying a property to provide accommodation. The council will debate the plans
in the week. Read more on the BBC website.
