The CIH has published a 'think piece' on the role social landlords can play in developing intermediate rented housing for those inbetween social housing and the private rented sector. The paper, part of a wider CIH project, supported by L&Q, aims to inform future policy and practice around provision of intermediate rented housing. It puts forwards ideas that intermediate rented homes would provide more security than the private rented sector to people who would not qualify for the social rented sector.
